Kitchen – Cleaning

• Clean inside and outside surfaces of refrigerator
• Clean oven, hotplates and grill
• Clean, inside, outside and on top of microwave
• Wipe down sink, benches, splash back and cupboard doors
• Clean decor items
• Wipe down appliances such as jugs, toasters
• Mop floors
• Wash, dry and put away dirty dishes (extra charge)
• Remove rubbish
• Clean switches

Kitchen – Presentation

• Arrange curtains and decor items neatly to your preferences
• Replace and arrange to your preference, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cloths, dish-washing sachets
• Check and wash if needed, items in cupboards and drawers. Arrange neatly to your preference eg, make sure cup and pot handles face the same way. For all cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups, pots and pans.
• Place toasters and jugs to your preference – emptying water if any.

Bathroom and Laundry Cleaning

• Clean and sanitise toilets including bowl, cistern seat and s-bend
• Clean and sanitise shower, walls, screens, tracks, rose, taps
• Clean and sanitise basins including drain hole, benches and floors
• Clean inside vanity cupboards and drawers
• Wipe down sink, benches, splash back and cupboard doors
• Clean and polish mirrors so they sparkle
• Wipe down appliances including washers and dryers
• Clean inside washers and dryers removing fluff and lint
• Vacuum and Mop floors
• Remove rubbish and replace bin liner
• Clean light switches
• Keep bathroom vents dust free

Bathroom and Laundry Presentation

• Arrange towels, hand towels, bath mats and face washers neatly to your preferences
• Replace toilet paper and toiletries to the quantities you specify
• Arrange toiletries to the way you like them
• Fold toilet paper end to triangles to give you that hotel look
• Neatly present the contents of drawers to your liking eg, hair dryers

Balcony Cleaning

• Remove rubbish
• Clean outdoor furniture
• Dust air conditioner module if any
• Vacuum balcony and door tracks
• Remove rubbish from plants or other “hiding places”
• Mop balcony

Balcony Presentation

• Arrange furniture to its usual position
• Position ashtray if any
• Position plants to their usual spot if they have been moved
